Overview: Ensuring, organizing, and overseeing construction procedures in a timely, efficient manner while meeting established quality standards. Analyzing operations and designing workflows to reduce losses while meeting customer needs and ensuring all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams, and activities; designing control systems to minimize material and cost issues; preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, and analyzing costs; managing the relationship and communications with clients and stakeholders; ensuring the project is delivered to customer satisfaction; managing and documenting project status, risks, changes, and issues; training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Fluent in Spanish
Salary: $84,283 minimum
